BalanceTable opensn::ComputeBalanceTable(DiscreteOrdinatesProblem &do_problem, double scaling_factor = 1.0, const std::vector<double> *initial_phi = nullptr, const std::vector<double> *final_phi = nullptr)

Compute the global particle balance table.

In time-dependent mode, the initial and final inventories are computed from the angular flux unless initial_phi and final_phi are given, in which case they are computed from those scalar flux vectors.
